Position: Electrical Contracts Manager

Location: West Midlands

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000

Electrical Project Manager required for our client, an established construction and building services company based in Wombourne, delivering electrical projects across commercial, industrial, rail, and specialist infrastructure sectors.

The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple electrical construction projects from contract award through to completion and handover. The role will involve coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and materials, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical building services, alongside proven project management and commercial skills.

Electrical Project Manager Position Overview

Electrical Project Manager required to oversee electrical construction projects across commercial, industrial, rail and specialist infrastructure environments. Responsibilities will include project planning, resource coordination, subcontractor management, cost control, procurement, health and safety compliance, and client liaison, ensuring successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Electrical Project Manager Position Requirements

• Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the construction industry
• Strong technical understanding of electrical building services and installations
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Based within commutable distance of Wombourne, with flexibility to travel to project sites as required, around the Midlands
• Previous experience delivering rail projects highly advantageous
• ECS or CSCS Card and / or SMSTS qualification advantageous

Electrical Project Manager Position Remuneration

• Basic Salary - £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
• Car allowance - £6,000
