Lloyd is an Associate Director overseeing the Construction and Architecture teams. His strategic approach enables the teams to flourish and perform at the highest level complimented by his concise management and pragmatic decision making whilst maintaining a vested interest into their specific career aspirations.  

Laura is a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional, her dedication to our values, ethos and ambition has allowed us to successfully achieve Investors in People Gold Standard. Her synergy and commitment to Employees has created a culture and working environment where our Employees thrive and feel recognised for their individual and combined efforts.

Nathaniel is a part-qualified accountant and oversees all finance and accounting responsibilities within the business, his attention to detail and diligence ensures this key function runs smoothly.
