How It Works
- Recommend a friend or colleague for a job opportunity with Bennett & Game.
- If your referral is successfully placed in a role through us, completes their probation period, and is outside of any rebate period, you will receive a voucher of your choice with a value of £100.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make – more referrals mean more rewards!
Terms & Conditions
- The referred candidate must not already be engaged with us for their job search.
- The referred candidate must disclose the referrer’s name at the point of application or declaring their interest etc.
- The reward is only payable after the referred candidate has successfully completed their probation period (as stipulated by the Employer) and is outside of any applicable rebate period.
- The referral reward is a voucher of your choice with a fixed amount of £100 per successful referral, no cash value or bank transfer available.
In cases of dispute, the Senior Leadership Team reserves the right to make the final decision, and this scheme may be withdrawn or amended at any time at our discretion without prior notice.
