Location: Winchester OR South West / South Midlands (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE
Bennett & Game are representing an established, employee-owned construction project management and client advisory consultancy who are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team.
Established over 15 years ago, the business specialises in project management, client advisory and cost consultancy, predominantly across the education, public sector and local authority markets. Their portfolio includes further education colleges, universities, schools and civic developments, delivering both new-build and refurbishment projects across the UK. Project values range from approximately £2m to £70m, with the wider team having experience of delivering over £500m of education, civic and housing projects.
Due to continued growth and a substantial pipeline of secured work, the business is looking to appoint an additional Project Manager. There are opportunities for candidates based in Winchester and the surrounding Hampshire area, as well as those located across the South West and South Midlands.
