• 4.9 CVs sent per job worked, demonstrating precision in candidate shortlisting
• 2 interviews booked per job, reflecting stronger qualifications and better alignment between client requirements and submitted candidates
• Time-to-fill distribution continues to trend positively, supported by improvements in process efficiency and proactive talent pipelining
