On Friday 5th June, Bennett & Game had the pleasure of hosting a charity golf day at Goodwood Hotel Golf Course in support of Darcy’s Dream - and what an incredible day it was!

The event began with a warm welcome, bacon sandwiches, and a short opening speech before a shotgun start set 12 teams of four off on their 18-hole round. Throughout the day, players were kept refreshed by a kind volunteer who made the rounds in a buggy, delivering drinks and nibbles to each team.

We were also incredibly fortunate with the weather, enjoying sunshine throughout the day and even dining outdoors afterwards.

Following the golf, guests sat down for a meal before hearing a truly inspiring speech from Lloyd. This was followed by Paul Morgan, Director of Fundraising and Communications at Naomi & Jack’s, who shared a powerful insight into how the funds raised will support the hospice and the families they care for.

The event itself raised an incredible £7500 for Naomi & Jack’s, and we would like to say a huge thank you to our wonderful sponsors below, who helped make the day possible.
