At Bennett and Game, 2025 has been a year of progress, change, and achievements. We are now gearing up for an exciting 2026, full of new opportunities and ambitious plans.

We welcomed new faces, refreshed our office and finally installed air conditioning. We also enjoyed numerous team outings, charity challenges and initiatives.

We also took an important strategic step forward by migrating our database to Bullhorn, supported by Kyloe Partners, as well as a complete IT infrastructure overhaul with 7-6 Tech, a move designed to improve our operations and support our continued growth and goals for 2026

Here’s a short summary of how our year has gone and what we have got coming up in 2026!

Charity Events - Supporting our chosen charity for 2025, Sage House

This year our team has raised over £1500 in total to be donated to Sage House before we break up for the Christmas period.

  • Bake Sale
  • Multiple Charity run’s
  • Golf Day
  • Goodwood Aerodrome tour with Sage House
  • Donatable collections around the office

Staff outings and events

  • Our teams had regular outings such as brunch, dinner and drinks as part of their monthly and quarterly incentives.
  • We had our annual Summer party at The Crate in Bosham. We celebrated the team's hard work with delicious pizzas and drinks.
  • We had our Christmas party, which this year was held at The Trading Post in Chichester. We hired a DJ for the evening, had a beer pong tournament, lots of dancing and a paid-for bar.

Our new system

Probably the biggest change to the business since our inception, our first and only database migration. After 9 months of extensive preparation and data optimisation, we officially went live in October with our new, industry-leading platform: Bullhorn.

This change was made with our clients and candidates in mind, ensuring we can deliver an even better experience at every stage of their recruitment journey without compromising end user functionality.

Bullhorn provides deeper insights across our entire database, allowing us to leverage data to continuously improve our key deliverables. This data-driven approach not only improves outcomes but also allows us to share actionable insights with our clients, delivering real value and greater transparency throughout every stage of the recruitment process.

Not only did we onboard Bullhorn, we also welcomed Allan Tucker. With over a decade of experience at Bullhorn, Allan brings an exceptional level of platform knowledge, no doubt that his expertise has accelerated our adoption of the system and ensured our consultants are fully equipped to maximise its capabilities, embedding best-practice processes, and driving continuous improvement.

What’s to come in 2026?

We are excited to head into 2026 with  momentum and ambition. Our Bullhorn roadmap, fronted by Allan, continues to expand, with a range of enhancements already in development, while our website is set to evolve with the introduction of new and exciting services. Alongside this, we remain focused on growing our teams with quality hires through continued recruitment to support the next phase of our growth.

We strengthened our client partnerships in 2025 with outstanding results, achieving high conversion rates through our exclusive agreements. Looking ahead to 2026, we want to continue to build on this and deliver measurable impact with consistently high fill rates and faster time-to-hire.

Our chosen charity for 2026

We are pleased to announce we have now chosen our charity to support for 2026, Naomi House, a charity extremely close to our hearts. Naomi House first opened in 1997 to offer care and support to children who were not expected to live until adulthood, and since then, it has more than 1,000 children and families from across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Isle of Wight, West Sussex, Surrey and beyond.

Naomi House offers exceptional facilities designed to give children and their families comfort, joy, and meaningful support during their stay. The hospice features 11 dedicated children’s bedrooms, along with several family rooms, ensuring everyone has a welcoming space to call their own.

The modern, purpose-built environment includes a range of specialist areas such as a hydrotherapy pool, multi-sensory room, music therapy space, and rooms for art and messy play. There are also private, beautifully designed areas for end-of-life care and bereavement support, giving families space, dignity, and peace when they need it most.

Their incredible Play Team carefully tailors activities to each child’s needs and abilities - planning fun, stimulating games, creative sessions, and memorable outings. Whether through imaginative play or exciting events, they make sure every child experiences moments of joy, comfort, and connection.
