Air Conditioning Engineer required for our client, a specialist Air Conditioning & FM Service Provider that has been trading for over 7 years. Our client specialises in the installation, maintenance & service of Air Conditioning units throughout the South. Our client is seeking a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join their expanding Engineering department. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be expected to attend Commercial & Residential sites throughout the South East with occasional travel out of this region to be expected.
The Air Conditioning Engineer will be expected to attend commercial properties such as; Hotels, Offices, Warehouses, Airports & Schools, the Service Engineer will also be expected to attend residential properties. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be expected to provide planned maintenance, reactive service & attend breakdowns on VRV's, VRF's, DX Systems.
The Service & Maintenance Engineer will live in the South East & will hold a full Driving Licence, the Engineer will have an F-Gas Cat 1 as a minimum requirement.
Air Conditioning Engineer Position Requirements
- 5 years' experience with planned maintenance & service on a variety of Air Conditioning equipment.
- Install engineers looking to progress into a planned maintenance & service role
- Live in the South East
- Full UK Driving Licence
- F-Gas Cat 1
Air Conditioning Engineer Position Remuneration
- Basic Salary £34,000-£40,000 DOE
- 40 hour working week
- Overtime available at additional rates from 1.3x & 2x
- Company van & mobile phone provided
- No on call rota
- Various bonus schemes up to £2,800 per year
- 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Progression actively promoted within the company
