Bennett & Game have the pleasure of representing an award-winning multidisciplinary consultancy who are seeking an Associate Architect to join their ever-growing team in Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Architect to work within a successful and growing team of professionals.
This role requires an Associate Architect to have a strong eye for detail/design, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. This consultancy pride themselves on the relationships they have built with their clients therefore it would be highly beneficial for the Associate Architect to have good communication skills and conduct themselves in a professional manor. Our client are a Revit using consultancy therefore practical experience using this software is preferred however training can be provided.
The company deliver projects within a range of sectors however their current work load is focussed on the Education, Sports, Leisure, and Public sector ranging up to the value of £40M. Associate Architect Position Remuneration
- Competitive salary £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE, potentially more for a very strong candidate)

Associate Architect Position Overview
- Work on a range of projects within the Education, Leisure, and Public sectors
- Take leadership on projects throughout all RIBA stages
- Assist in recruitment and candidate selection / interviewing
- Assist in the preparation of fee quotations &/or submission documents
- Monitor and improve profitability of commissions, setting resource targets with Partners
- Regularly review costs against fees, identifying resource issues / potential additional fees
- Develop business by maximising opportunities from existing clients and generating and pursuing new leads / opportunities
- Lead regular team meetings
Associate Architect Position Requirements
- ARB / Chartered Architect
- Ability to run projects
- Live within a commutable distance to Maidstone
- Practical experience using Revit is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience running a team
- Ability to create new leads & maximise opportunities with existing clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, other professionals and Clients
- Ability to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills
