Currently recruiting for an Architectural Technologist for a well-established and award winning, Chartered practice based near Chichester. This Practice are passionate about creating detailed designs that improve the built environment. The Architectural Technologist will be working on a range of projects from Residential to Commercial, with project values that can be £50 million +. Architectural Technologists of all levles are encouraged to apply, as our client can be fleixlbe with their requirement.

Architectural Technologist Position Overview
- Production of feasibility, planning and working drawings
- Consult with other staff, decide the format and scope of design data required for project (drawings, schedules, specification, etc.)
- Interpret instructions from senior Architectural staff & structural staff regarding technical content of drawings, and legal requirements of the Building Regulations and other statutory bodies
- Work within a wider technical team
- Translate standard/proprietary client's details onto working drawings
Architectural Technologist Position Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' UK experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Good technical ability
- Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently when required
- Motivated, enthusiastic candidate
- Proficient in Revit
- Live within a commutable distance of Chichester
