Job Profile
We are currently working alongside an architectural practice in Kenilworth who require a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. This Senior Architectural Technologist will be able to work on a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare and student accommodation projects. Due to an increased workload in the practice they are seeking a senior member of staff to join ASAP.
Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview
- Using AutoCAD to produce some high detailed work
- Showing good understanding of the projects within the practice and delivering them to tight deadlines
- Produce planning application drawings and develop further detailed stages suitable for Building Regulation applications, tender and construction
- Liaise with clients and other consultants to develop designs and prepare documentation for tender purposes, including specification writing
Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements
- Live within a commutable distance of Kenilworth
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Showing a good understanding of AutoCAD through a portfolio
- Excellent communication skills & team player
- 5 years' + experience in a similar role
- Strong residential background advantagous
Senior Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration
- Competitive salary (£38,000 - £45,000 DOE)
