Experienced and forward thinking accountancy practice, are recruiting for a client manager/senior accountant to join their growing practice. They are a high performance firm of chartered accountants with a friendly face, that are dedicated to helping clients build their business.
They work with many companies including some high net-worth clients, covering a vast range of sectors ranging from education and economy to travel and transport. They value customers trust and take the stress away from business owners
They are looking for an experienced and fully qualified chartered accountant to join their team, and can work either part time or full time. Experience is key, as they are looking for someone to make an impact and take over from one of the winding down managers.
They role can offer flexible working hours and can be ideal for mothers looking to find a flexible role and wind down. You can even have your own private office!
Client Manager Position Overview
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and reliability.
Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and provide strategic advice and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
Financial Advisory Services:
Provide proactive financial advice and guidance to clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Analyze client financial data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Account Management:
Oversee the delivery of accounting, tax, and advisory services to clients, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to address client needs and resolve any issues or concerns.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities to expand and grow the firm's client base, including cross-selling services and generating referrals from existing clients.
Participate in business development activities, including networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them excel in their roles.
Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the client management team.
Client Manager Position Requirements
- Must be fully qualified, ACCA, ACA, ICAEW, or CIMA
- 5+ years accountancy practice experience, the more experience the better
- Must speak good English
- Must be a UK citizen and require no sponsorship
- Local to the office, ranging from Bromley to Croydon
