Accounts and Audit Senior Position Overview

Accounts Preparation:

Lead and oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for a range of clients across various industries.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and address any accounting issues or discrepancies.

Audit Engagement Management:

Manage and execute audit engagements from planning to completion, including assessing risk, designing audit procedures, and conducting fieldwork.

Perform detailed testing of financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems to identify potential risks and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Tax Compliance:

Assist in the preparation of tax computations and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Provide tax planning advice and recommendations to clients to optimize their tax positions and minimize tax liabilities.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for accounting, audit, and tax matters.

Proactively identify opportunities to provide value-added services and support to clients, addressing their needs and helping them achieve their business objectives.



Accounts and Audit Senior Position Requirements

  • ACCA or ACA or FCCA qualified, or qualified by experience
  • At least 4 years accounting and audit experience within UK practice
  • UK citizen with full working visa

  • Salary dependent on experience
