Job Profile

Our client, a multi-disciplinary Chartered Surveying consultancy, now seek a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Bristol. The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service to a strong client base, in line with service agreement expectations and the reputation of the company. The successful candidate will be providing a professional service for clients on all Commercial and Residential building surveying matters and will be reporting directly to the Directors of the practice.

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Overview

  • Undertaking a range of traditional building surveying services, including:
  • Commercial and Residential building surveys
  • Development monitoring for lenders
  • Preparing and responding to schedules of dilapidation
  • Condition surveys
  • Expert Witness
  • Project Management
  • Other duties to be discussed as required

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Requirements

  • Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
  • RICS Accredited degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' post qualification Building Surveying experience
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Remuneration

  • Highly competitive salary (DOE)

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 am- 5.30 pm
