Graduate Architectural Technologist Position Overview

  • Work collaboratively as well as independently at times
  • Produce feasibility studies
  • Use Revit of a daily basis
  • Produce technical details
  • Attend design team meeting alongside the wider team
  • Prepare, submit and manage Planning Applications throughout the duration of a live project
  • Collaborate with various construction professionals
  • Assist more members of the design & technical team

Graduate Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

  • Experience with Revit at University
  • Relevant Degree
  • Live within a commutable distance of Birmingham
  • Good technical ability
  • Motivated, ambitious individual
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations (advantageous)
